The plaited fibre sole defines the Espadrille, a summer must-have this season. This long-time Spring/Summer favorite is taking on a new identity in 2016 and showcasing innovative, fun designs. 

Espadrilles are a given during the summer and embellished espadrilles are even better. I love the tassels on Aquazurra's pale yellow espadrilles (pictured here). I purchased a pair of Chloé espadrille wedge sandals (kinda like the ones pictured here), and while I'm nervous to balance on 5 inches of fibre sole, I can't wait to wear them.

Espadrille sneakers are having a big fashion moment and I want them all! Sneakers have been dominating our looks for many seasons and combining these two shoe designs is genius. The fibre sole or in the case of Alexander Wang's sneaker espadrilles with a fibre toe-cap, adds a freshness to the sneaker and brings the long-time favorite shoe into summer. You can wear the sneaker espadrille with tailored pants, joggers, dresses, and basically anything in your closet. The espadrille sneaker is cool, chic and on-trend.

I recently discovered Hunkemöller in Amsterdam and am kinda obsessed. I'm a pajama addict and when I saw the 'pink' collection through the window, I knew I'd be hooked.. 

Hunkemöller is the Dutch version (replica) of Victoria's Secret. While the quality is a little less than that of our favorite American retailer of lingerie, I like the selection of styles and colors. One important thing to mention; size up, cause after one or two washes, the items shrink (a lot). I'm usually an XS in pj's and undies but would purchase a SM at Hunkemöller. I absolutely love the bralets. They're lined (I need that), super comfy and did you know bralets are having a big moment in fashion this summer?! I have bralets from Victoria's Secret and prefer the Hunkemöller styles (just sayin'). If you're visiting Amsterdam and ran out of undies, Hunkemöller has great deals (similar to VS); 3 for €20 or get one free. The staff are super helpful and the stores are well-done. I'm a fan!

I always look forward to the fashion at Coachella. I admire all the ladies donning their 'I'm a bohemian, festival-goin', cool girl" look. This years fashion choices definitely inspired me to purchase the Chloé Jane Mini Bracelet bag. LOVE!
