We popped out for a quick jaunt around the block to capture a few Mother's Day photos and I finally debuted my Diorcamp boots - YAY! I'm wearing Dior sunglasses, Free People Kelly Washed set (tie-dye sweater and shorts), Dior J'adior cotton oblique bracelet set and Dior Diorcamp boots. Romi is wearing All Saints and Danielle Guizio. The balloon flower arrangement is by Balloons by Zippy. 
      My usual Must-Haves list is comprised of designer clothing and accessories that I have-to-have or am lusting over and can't afford. These days, the must-have items on my list are necessary beauty products during a pandemic. Never thought I'd say that! I'm sensitive to scents and hate the smell of hand sanitizer, but it's a necessary product to have on hand! I was so happy when NCLA Beauty launched a small lineup of Hands Clean sanitizer available in lavender, eucalyptus, watermelon and unscented. You can pre-order these little bottles of hand sanitizer at Revolve. I got lip fillers (and botox) a few days before the stay-at-home order came into effect AND my lips are perfect - BUT, now I have to wear a face mask. Enough said! I'm happy to see many of my favorite clothing brands producing face masks - I know the quality is there. I pre-ordered three cute GRLFRND masks at Revolve. The best place to order cheeky, cloth face masks is Etsy. You can also order personalized masks. If you want a hefty mask with replaceable filters, there are many online stores to choose from. I believe face masks will be around for a while and everyone should have at least one. It seems like many people are struggling with DIY beauty these days. Most rely on hair, nail and tanning salons to keep their beauty in check. Fortunately, I prefer to do my own gel nails and apply self tanner at home. I do however get my hair colored every three weeks and had to learn a new skill during these unusual times. dpHUE is my go-to hair coloring brand. The dpHUE root touch-up kit is easy to use, the color is perfect and the solution completely covers roots (even greys). Paired with the dpHUE gloss, this color touch-up duo is perfect for someone who requires single process coloring. I posted a lengthy DIY root touch-up video a few weeks ago - Scroll down a little.. Another necessary step in most beauty routines is waxing or threading the upper lip and eyebrows. The Tweezerman Smooth Finish Facial Hair Remover is an excellent DIY threading tool. You simply twist the handles, while gliding the coil spring along your upper-lip. It's painful, but does a great job removing unwanted hair. You can purchase this Tweezerman beauty tool at Sephora. Being able to do your own nails is a necessary skill to have. You never know when your go-to salons (and the entire world) may close for months! I was introduced to gel nails a few years ago and went to the salon four times before deciding to do it myself. I purchased gel polish in a variety of nude shades, base and top coat polish, remover, foils and an LED nail lamp. My go-to brand is CND. I recently discovered Static Nails. The lineup includes reusable press-on nails (I gotta try these) and long-wear polish that promises to last up to 10 days. The shades are gorgeous and it seems like either one would be easier than applying/removing gel polish. Of course, I have a few items in my cart! Admittedly, I like tanning beds. BUT, the last place I wanna be is baking inside a horizontal UV radiation bed that someone else just laid in. SO, I'm going back to DIY self-tanning. My go-to brand is St. Tropez. I've been using it for years. BUT, as of late, I'm experimenting with new brands. I'm going to apply Luna Bronze Self Tanning Lotion later today.. This process takes a little practice. I suggest purchasing a light color, a tanning mitt and body exfoliator. Read the instructions carefully and stay away from water and excessive activities that will make you sweat for at least 6 hours. Applying self-tanner is a quick way to enhance your stay-at-home skin. On the bright side, if you screw it up, nobody will see it - Unless you post pics.

      I'm a HUGE fan of printed t-shirts and sweatshirts. Phrases, logos and graphics add a little something to my overwhelming amount of muted shades. My closet is lined with gray (lots of gray), shades of pink, green and beige, white, floral prints and I love camo. I'm a self-proclaimed sweatpants connoisseur and almost always opt for chic joggers and sneakers or pair them with high-heel sock-style boots. Even most of my wool and silk pants have an elastic waistband and cuffs! On top, it's a t-shirt, sweatshirt and knits. It sounds boring, but the prints add texture and amusement. I'm obsessed with the "THIS IS NOT A MOSCHINO TOY" oversized Moschino t-shirt (available at Farfetch). It's fun and definitely noticeable. The Moschino bear is synonymous with the brand and often appears on limited edition Moschino apparel. This printed t-shirt is available in two styles - regular fit and an oversized fit. I like the oversized fit but had to size down. This season Moschino's "THIS IS NOT A MOSCHINO TOY" print shows the Teddy mascot surrounded by a string of fairy lights - LOVE! The bold Christmas themed graphic is the perfect print for a fun, holiday soiree. Admittedly, I went a little crazy on the Karl Lagerfeld site a few weeks ago and purchased a "few" t-shirts and sweatshirts. After the first purchase and feeling the quality, I had to have more.. Of the many graphics, I like the Karl and Choupette, Karl X Kaia and the Karl wearing black sequin sunglasses (available at Karl.com). The soft cotton Ikonik t-shirts are bright white and medium weight. The t-shirts are regular fit, but the sweatshirts run small. I purchased the pink Karl Ikonik sweatshirt and it's a bit cozy, but sold out, so I'm just gonna have to save that one for a skinny day. Printed cuffs on socks pair nicely with joggers and sock-style boots. These Gucci appliquéd striped cotton-blend socks (available at NET-A-PORTER) are on my Christmas wish list. The navy, red and cream strips around the cuffs give these socks a retro, sporty vibe. If there were additional color schemes, they would be on my wishlist too. I'm a fan of MSGM sweatshirts. The fit is nice and they're good quality. This MSGM brush strokes logo sweatshirt (available at Revolve) is super-soft on the inside and perfect for a cold day. The black screen print logo against the bright white cotton gives this sweatshirt serious contrast and will photograph nicely. I'm gonna pair this sweatshirt with Monrow camo sweatpants. The Fiorucci brand is new to my closet but swiftly went from one to two.. The Fiorucci angels sweatshirt (available at Fiorucci.com) dons the iconic print paired with the Fiorucci name. I have this sweatshirt in two colors. The fit is perfect and the material is super-soft. The sweatshirt washes nicely and after many cycles through the wash, maintains the softness. I love this angels printed sweatshirt! 
The SPHYNX Portable Razor is great for on-the-go touchups. I'm not sure this innovative shaving device would work for an all-over shave, but the moisturizing shave bar and single blade allow you to shave missed spots with ease. This portable razor is really unique. The SPHYNX contains a tiny refillable water spray bottle, a moisturizing pre-shave bar and two single blade cartridges. Simply pop the cap off, turn the dial to your desired tool and shave away unwanted hair.

I like the little spray bottle. It's super tiny - about 1" X 1" and slides in and out of the portable shaving device easily. I'm sure I can find other uses for this little bottle. It doesn't hold very much water, but the SPHYNX is meant for touch-ups, so you don't need much.
The moisturizing shave bar is infused with Shea Butter, Coconut Oil and Cocoa Butter. The scent is super-strong! Kinda reminds me of mens bar of soap - maybe Irish Spring? The masculine scented pre-shave bar and single blade cartridge are the perfect facial touch-up razor for men. Why is it that men always miss one spot? Spray a little water, smooth the shave bar along your skin and remove unwanted hair. You do not need to rinse after shaving. Surprisingly, the pre-shave bar doesn't irritate my skin AND everything irritates me (body and mind).
The single blade can manage touch-ups with ease, but I wouldn't use this blade all over. I use Venus Embrace cartridges daily. They have five blades and a ribbon of moisture. Once you've used this razor style, anything else pales in comparison. BUT, the SPHNYX is a great on-the-go, missed a spot solution.
The innovative device is made of plastic and can be easily cleaned. The SPHYNX portable razor doesn't weigh much and is small enough to throw in your tote or gym bag. The dial is easy to turn and while you can watch the different tools turning, there is also embossed pics on the dial. The device has small holes along the sides, so the pre-shave bar and razor dry quickly and remain fresh. I like that! This portable razor would make a great gift. It's also available in turquoise, pink and purple. 
I'm a self-proclaimed lip balm addict and am always looking for a Sephora Kiss Me Balm replacement. YEAH, Sephora discontinued my long-time favorite and I have yet to find another supreme lip balm. A few have come close, but there are some products you just cant replace. SO the lip balm section in my Cosmocube continues to grow.. On the list - Korres Mandarin Lip Butter Stick in peach and colorless AND one of my favorite cosmetic brands, Too Faced Peach Lip Balm.
If you like the scent of peach, you're gonna love this lip treatment - Too Faced Peach Lip Balm smells delicious AND taste kinda yummy too! The peaches and cream infused balm is light-medium weight, non-sticky and super nourishing. I prefer a stick over a pot (there's something about sticking your fingers in the product that turns me off), BUT the texture and scent make up for the less than desirable packaging. I just wanna eat it - well, I don't want to eat lip balm, but the scent is inviting.
I got these Korres Mandarin Lip Butter Sticks at Revolve and I am impressed. The texture is light-weight, creamy and creates a full-coverage film over your lips. The scent is nothing to write home about, but it ain't gross either. The peach color is little orange for me - I apply it under pink lipstick for a peachy lip look. The colorless balm is perfect for daily wear, a lipstick foundation or just a little nourishment. 
      I'm obsessed with Fendi Rockoko boots and impatiently wait each season for the new color schemes and unique embellished styles. There's never a season that I don't fall in in love with another pair of Rockcoco boots (or two). This sock-style boot pairs perfectly with chic joggers (my favorite) and elongates your legs with skirts and dresses. They're surprisingly comfortable and of course, high-quality. This season, I have two pairs on my wish list, but if I have to choose, imma opt for the logo lace-up style. The signature FF motif detail and contrasting stripe along the collar give these boots a sporty vibe. I'll don these navy blue boots with stylish navy, grey and Burgundy joggers. This color scheme is available in navy blue with a red stripe or black. This color scheme and design is also available in the FF knit sneaker style. Both styles are available at Farfetch. I recently discovered Fiorucci and love the angels print on the t-shirts and sweaters. I'm not a crop top kinda girl, but this Fiorucci green and white striped cropped t-shirt paired with the somewhat high-waisted Fiorucci black joggers is really flattering and fun (available at Intermix and revolveclothinng.com). Both don the Fiorucci name in pink (I love anything pink). I never wear black, but this styling (seen on revolveclothing.com) is sporty and cute - the perfect loungin' around outfit. Another one of my favorite brands is Mother. The casual brand is predominantly denim and trust me, Mother jeans are amazing. The fit is perfect and for 'older' women, the high-waist style is really flattering. These Mother no zip misfit pants are the perfect combination of camo and stripes (kinda my thing this fall/winter). You can barely see that there are stripes in this photo, but there is a blue, red and blue stripe along the sides. The pants are medium-weight and soft. There is a zip fly with button closure and elastic leg opening - love the jogger style. The fit is nice (size-up) and the color scheme is perfection. YES, I have a pair and waited for months to get them (pre-ordered). These pants are available at motherdenim.com and revolveclothing.com. These Fendi Colibrì slingback pumps are gorgeous (available at Farfetch). The houndstooth pattern on the toe cap and checkered pattern on the toe, along with the Fendi hearts embroidered detail on the slingback strap and silver-tone heal are the perfect juxtaposition. There is also a pad on the slingback strap and hiking hardware, giving these high-fashion slingback pumps and sporty vibe. There is so much going on with this design and I LOVE IT! AND, the other Fendi Rockoko boots on my list (available at mytheresa and Fendi) - these boots don the stitched Fendi name and crystal-embellished hearts. The contrasting cream hue and black and will look great with just about anything you wear this fall/winter and especially elevate your party look. I've been drooling over these boots for weeks. 
     
      I'm planning a few vacations this summer - The first being a ten-day road trip to three southern cities. I can't wait! The downside to road trips is the limited space for luggage, so my crew decided on one carry-on and one knapsack per person. NOT GONNA HAPPEN! My Toy Poodle, Teddy, can fill a carry-on suitcase on his own (he's packing lots of toys). Luckily, I found this oversized tote.. I'm obsessed with this Gucci Logo Top Handle Tote (available at Gucci). The light pink rubber is the perfect shade for summer. This tote is HUGE and great for road trips. I struggle to fit everything in my small suitcase, so an oversized tote is essential for extended vacations. The rubber is thick and structured to resemble a vintage beach bag. The front of the tote is embossed with the Gucci vintage logo and the bottom embossed with "XXV", "Sine Amore Nihil", "Summer MMXVIII" and "Guccification". LOVE! These "Walk'In'Dior" low-top trainers in white canvas (available in Dior boutiques only) are from the Dior 2018 Cruise Show and impossible to get. The canvas sneakers have a rubber sole, gold-tone hardware and don "Cristian Dior J'Adour" printed laces. LOVE! These Chloé gold-tone sunglasses (available at Intermix) have a horn brow bridge and earpiece. This design is smaller than the typical Chloé sunglass style and I do love oversized sunglasses, BUT the horn detail is a delicate touch to the otherwise masculine aviator style. I posted these sunnies in a previous 'I'm Coveting..' post and still fancy a pair. HINT HINT.. The latest Fenty Puma by Rhianna collection is "beachy and badass". I'm a big fan of Fenty and can't wait to see what Creative Director, Rhianna, will design each season. These surf-inspired Fenty women's Terrycloth dolphin shorts (available at Puma) look so comfy. The checkered print along the back waistband gives these shorts a motocross vibe and this color will look great against sun-kissed skin. These shorts are also available in vibrant blue and cream. My favorite accessory on this months' "I'm Coveting.." post are these Rylee skinny calfskin boots by Chloé (available at NET-A-PORTER). The cloudy yellow shade is gorgeous. These slightly glossed, lace-up boots have a buckle at the top and across the vamp. The cutouts and buckles give these Rylee boots a warrior princess vibe. They're also available in medium - ankle boot style. The little angels screen print on this Fiorucci Vintage Angels cropped Tee (available at Revolve Clothing) is kinda strange, but I like it. I purchased the Fiorucci sweatshirt in blue light with this print and can't wait to wear it on my road trip. The boxy sweatshirt style is a little shorter than your average sweatshirt, but the material is cozy. I'm not a crop top kinda girl, but I like this print. This angels printed tee is feminine and the pale pink shade is perfect for summer. 
      The gorgeous and unique selection of handbags by my favorite designers this season is gonna bankrupt me. I'm addicted to handbags (seriously). I'd give up a whole lot of luxuries to purchase a few new handbags each season. Twice a year, I go through my closet and choose handbags and shoes that I don't LOVE anymore and list them on eBay - this is a great way to make some extra money, so I can afford my hangdbag addiction. I have so many amazing handbags, but the sensation of buying something new, limited edition and on-trend gives me too much pleasure. The Chloé Roy double clutch handbag (available at Chloé) was my first handbag obsession this season. The detachable clutches are linked with pale gold-tone rings. You can wear these clutches separately, BUT I'm not sure why you would - that's not exciting. The double clutch design has a top handle and shoulder strap. The shoulder strap is detachable and Chloé will release new colors throughout the season. I love the contrast of the blue strap against the olive green and beige leather clutches, but it's not available yet. YES, I purchased this bag in New York a few weeks ago. This unique design is a must-have Chloé handbag(s). I'm also addicted to sunglasses. Especially, Chloé sunglasses. I have a wedding in May and plan to wear these socks with my Azure Aniline (baby blue), suede Nudistrong Stuart Weitzman sandals. If you follow my blog and personal style, you know I LOVE sock-style boots. These Emilio Cavallini varsity stripe ankle socks (available at Intermix) slightly show the white and black stripe beneath my boots and adds a little sporty-chic vibe. Pair this look with joggers and an oversized sweatshirt. The Kendall + Kylie Alana bootie (available at Revolve) is special. These shear, suede and mesh boots would look great with dresses and even joggers (yeah, I have a sweatpants obsession too). I'm not sure how I feel about showcasing my toes in a shear shoe (that can get ugly real fast), but they're gorgeous nevertheless. Fendi to me is the Porsche of handbags. Most seasons (not all of them), I watch the show, screen shot looks and wait patiently for the handbags to hit the Fendi boutiques. AND the strap you collection is amazing! The embellished straps attach to most Fendi bags - I love this! The contrast of this light brown and green palm tree-like Fendi strap (available at Fendi) against this feminine floral embellished, multi-color Fendi runway shopper (available at Fendi) is perfection. Yeah, I paired the two - they don't belong together, but look amazing holding hands. The muted flower print mesh of the shopper and jungle-esque vibe of the strap says Spring is here, nature is beautiful and I look good carrying this unique fusion of Fendi accessories. May the fashion gods shine down (or my husband) and bless me with this Fendi runway shopper and exotic strap.
