Hangover & Sleep Patches

October 28, 2018

I have chronic insomnia - it's nuts! Some nights, I toss and turn till the sun comes up. It's definitely stress related - my brain sorts out all of life's problems while I'm trying to sleep! I do not recommend over the counter drugs or prescriptions (I'm not a doctor), but Benadryl does help and sleeping pills work wonders.

Albeit, I'd prefer to take a natural path to a good nights sleep. Vitamins are outta the question - beyond Advil, I just cant swallow the giant capsules and pills. When I saw the Klova Sleep Patch on Instagram, I was intrigued. Maybe it was the color scheme? If you wanna attract customers and followers on social media - color is everything. Klova - great job with the pale blue and purple patches - the pretty shades are soothing, inviting and Instagram friendly (everyone's obsessed with a color scheme). I truly feel that some products are more successful (than they should be), because of their color scheme.

I've read mixed reviews about these patches, AND, mine is leaning towards - they don't work! These patches are infused with Melatonin and naturally occurring ingredients and claim to promote a better sleep. There's is nothing natural about me, so this was bound to fail.

These patches attach to your skin nicely and don't irritate. They do however smell awful! The scent is potent, but after application to hairless skin, it dissipates. Other than that, they have a cute print, but did not meet my expectations.

The Hangover Patch is just what I need. I'm getting older and recovery is a long process these days. Last time I was in Vegas, I found myself at a club, in the 'mosh pit' (I'm old and don't know what you youngin's call this danger zone) and felt like I was under attack - while jumping up and down to DJ Marshmallow. Who knew there was a marshmallow head wearing DJ?

Needless to say, I could barely walk the next day, YES, I was sick (in the worse sense of the word) AND my Fendi boots were destroyed! Why do I submit myself to this madness - cause in the moment, after way too many glasses of wine, it seems like a good idea to keep going. Vegas has this effect on me.

I've considered the hangover drip many times! The thought of a swift recovery is intriguing, but a little scary. In comes The Hangover Patch. This 100% organic formula has 12 vitamins, antioxidants and nutrients. Apply before you start drinking and let this little patch replenish your body WHILE YOU DRINK! Alcohol has a terrible effect on the body - good for the mind and I'm sure dancing all night is great for the figure, but the dehydration and loss of essential nutrients can have a terrible effect shortly there after the party and for days..

I'm not sure if this patch is replenishing my body and don't feel any different the following day (then I typically would), but continue to use them - it's psychological! The Bytox Patch claims to aid in a rapid recovery, while replenishing essential vitamins, antioxidants and nutrients to the body. My thoughts - why not?!

Fashionably Thirsty

October 19, 2018

On-the-go drinkware are now fashionable accessories. I consume a lot of liquid throughout the day and always have a bottle of water and cup of tea on hand. When I'm out and about, I usually opt for tea, but when I'm traveling, water is a necessity. These are my favorite glass water bottles and thermos.

The SOMA Glass Water Bottle (pictured on the left) is made of shatter-resistant glass inside an easy grip sleeve. The protective sleeve comes in eight colors and slides on and off easily. It would be great if SOMA sold the sleeves separately, so you can change the color depending your mood. The bottle is slim and the cap is natural bamboo with a plastic lining - it's a classy looking water bottle.

MY FAVORITE - the YETI Tumbler. This thermos will keep your cold beverages cold and hot beverages hot for a long time. You can also personalize your mug - I got this b.a.gorgie branded YETI tumbler as a gift and use it all the time.

The YETI Tumbler is made of stainless steal and has a double-wall for vacuum insulation. My tea will stay hot for two hours and warm for two more. This thermos is amazing. Starbucks cups are a thing in my past.

I love BKR glass water bottles. The bottle is available in 500 ml and 1 liter. Each bottle is encased in a silicone sleeve - there's many shades to choose from or you can opt for a little embellishment, like these spiked sleeves. The cap has a small handle, for easy transportation. You can also attach the bottle to your bag. The opening is super small for no-spill sipping.

You can replace the original cap with the Compact Cap and BKR Paris Water Balm. LOVE THIS! The new compact cap is a great idea, but the balm is REALLY THICK and kinda sticky. It smells like roses. I'm addicted to lip balm and am not a fan of a thick consistency or floral scents. The compact cap and balm are the perfect water bottle pal, but the balm falls short of my expectations. Of course, it's personal taste and you may like the smell of flowers on your lips!

Unfortunately, I purchased two sizes before I read this description - it clearly says rose scented. Albeit, this is a great invention. I'm hoping BKR will reinvent the balm with a lighter texture and non-floral scents.

BKR also launched the Paris Water Balm Neautrals Trio - the original shade, Muse and BTS. They all have the French rose scent. These balms do not fit in the compact cap.

Accessorizing your water bottle - you can also purchase little ice cube trays that make long icicles to fit in to your BKR bottle and a bottle brush for easy cleaning. I drink my water room temperature, so didn't get the ice cube tray, but really appreciate the cleaning brush. The thoughtfully designed brush follows the bottles curves, so you know your bottle is super clean.

Sakara

October 17, 2018

I'm not a vegetarian, but I do dabble in the Sakara plant-rich diet once and while. I have been doing the Sakara meal plan once a month for three-five days, I'm bingeing on plants - Sometimes I cheat (but, only once a day)! There's a lot I love about this meal program, a few things I don't and some stuff I'd like to see Sakara change.

Sakara is a nutrition-rich meal plan, comprised of fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Like most meal delivery subscriptions, you have the option of skipping any week and you can choose between three, four and five days each week. Your food delivery will arrive in the wee hours of the night in preparation for Monday and another batch on Thursday.

The food comes in plastic containers on ice and must be refrigerated immediately. Sakara just changed their containers and the new ones are SO MUCH BETTER! I struggled to get the old containers open and the new ones stack nicely.

Monday's delivery includes Sakara Detox Water Concentrate and Beauty Water Concentrate, as well as Wellness Tea. Thursday's delivery includes Wellness Tea. We'll come back to these items..

The user friendly site allows you to individually customize your delivery each week by choosing breakfast, lunch, dinner or just two or all three meals. Unfortunately, the menu is what it is and you can only swap one meal per week. This is a deterrent for me - I'd like to have more meal choices. It would be great if Sakara posted a menu and allowed customers to choose their meals. Often, I'm stuck with funky food concoctions that don't appeal to me.

Lets talk about the food.. There's a lot! I wouldn't consume this much food on non-Sakara days. AND, some of the meals are super heavy (in the container and in your stomach). SO, my husband and I typically do the five day option and share the food, while subsidizing the diet with store bought produce and other items. This is great, cause he eats the meals I don't like! It also helps with the cravings, cause we're not going full-on vegetarian for five days.

The food is surprisingly delicious. I say that because, some of it doesn't look so great, but looks can be deceiving. There's a lot of flavor and wide range of plant-rich foods in every meal.

My favorite are the muesli or granola with Pink Silk Mylk or Blue Majic Mylk. These 'milks' are delicious and kinda fun. The Pink Silk Mylk is subtly sweet with a smidge of saltiness (my favorite). If I could buy these Sakara Mylks, I would stock up every week and eat breakfast more often (I never eat breakfast).

I also love the coconut yogurts with granola. I don't do sweets, but would eat this yogurt for breakfast and dessert a few times a week. DELICIOUS!

The other breakfast options - tartines, muffins and bars are a hit or miss for me. I find the bars super-heavy for breakfast and a little dry, but they are tasty. These breakfasts are usually accompanied by a jam and berries or a mini fruit.

Each meal is labelled for a specific day and meal - breakfast, lunch and dinner. I mix it up and always eat the most appealing meals first. The soups are excellent, very flavorful and not too filling. They're often accompanied with a small salad. The salad dressings are yummy. I'm a salad person and a big fan of fresh salad dressings.

The main course salads never disappoint. Of course, there's leaves and sometimes berries, nuts, quinoa and veggies. I love the avocado smothered in seeds (I forget what it's called). My favorite salad is the Youth + Beauty Salad. These salads will last me for lunch and leftovers with dinner - there's a lot. One thing is for sure, you will not be hungry on this plant-rich diet.

The flatbreads are delicious. Usually there is 'faux' cheese and savory pesto, along with veggies. The Sakara burgers are comprised of the same signature bread. It's like eating condensed seed bread. Very heavy!

I've had three pastas and love the wild mushroom pasta and the pesto with tomatoes pasta. I was super excited to try the Sakara-Style Pasta Bolognese (swapped out another meal for two portions of this one), but it was too bizarre for my taste. These bowls of pasta are way too much for one meal, especially lunch.

Some of the bowls/meals are strange and a little too mushy for me. I don't eat mush - no bananas, soggy salads, sautéed greens.. Some of the meals have sautéed spinach at the bottom - eww! While the flavor is great, anything with a 'wet' texture goes on the husbands menu. He enjoys them very much, BUT he would literally eat anything!

The Sakara plant-rich diet, meal plan is SUPER expensive. I always say, eating healthy costs a lot of money, so this doesn't surprise me. I do wish subscribers had more options with food selection. AND, I am reluctant to spend so much, when I can't remove meals that don't appeal to me.

The Detox Water Concentrate and Beauty Water Concentrate come in a glass bottle with a dropper. Simply add the concentrate to your water as part of your Sakara diet. I really like the Detox Water Concentrate - its barely there flavor is suitable (I love water and don't like adding flavor) and contains Chlorophyll + 72 trace minerals - nothing wrong with that! The Beauty Water Concentrate contains Silca + Rose and 72 trace minerals. It tastes like flowers - GROSS! I once requested to swap out the Beauty Water Concentrate for an additional Detox Water Concentrate, but Sakara feels that both concentrates are essential to the diet. More money wasted!

The Wellness Tea doesn't taste very good either. I'm a HUGE tea fan, but this has a black tea flavor and is too strong. I never drink it and am always offering it to other people.

I do feel better after a few days of consuming plant-rich meals. I feel like I ate too much, but the idea of pumping my body with nutrition-rich food gives me a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. Albeit, once a month is enough for me!

Kopari Coconut

October 11, 2018

I'm a Kopari fan and had high expectations for the Kopari Coconut Oil Deodorant - I am a little disappointed. There are so many good things about this aluminum and baking soda-free deodorant, but the scent is ruining everything. It's like an attractive man or woman getting on the plane an you're thinking, 'please sit next to me', until you wish they would get stuck in the airplane bathroom, cause their excessive perfume/cologne is giving you a migraine. Too much of any scent isn't good AND the coconut scent of Kopari deodorant is POTENT!

It's not all bad - the texture is nice and glides on easily. It is a little sticky and takes time to dry. It is all natural, so for those folks that wanna keep it super clean (and are not opposed to strong scents), this might work for you.

I use Secret Clear Gel deodorant daily, but when I travel and am cramming all my cosmetics in to two travel-friendly plastic ziplock bags (my husband uses hotel products, so I get his bag), a solid, gel-like deodorant would come in handy. I'm also happy to use a natural deodorant. BUT, this stuff is giving me a headache. Of course you can't smell my body odor, cause I have coconut infused concentrate in my pits!

I mentioned Kopari Coconut Balm a while back and am still a fan. The thick solution is coconut-oil infused and super nourishing. This pure coconut balm contains coconut oil, shea concentrate, aloe vera, beeswax and cocoa seed butter. This salve has anti-aging benefits and hydrating qualities. It goes on nicely, kind of absorbs, but leaves a little sheen on your skin. I wouldn't wear this coconut balm under expensive fabric. The scent is delicious.

Latest Lip Loves

October 09, 2018

I'm a self-proclaimed lip balm addict and am always looking for a Sephora Kiss Me Balm replacement. YEAH, Sephora discontinued my long-time favorite and I have yet to find another supreme lip balm. A few have come close, but there are some products you just cant replace. SO the lip balm section in my Cosmocube continues to grow..

On the list - Korres Mandarin Lip Butter Stick in peach and colorless AND one of my favorite cosmetic brands, Too Faced Peach Lip Balm.

If you like the scent of peach, you're gonna love this lip treatment - Too Faced Peach Lip Balm smells delicious AND taste kinda yummy too! The peaches and cream infused balm is light-medium weight, non-sticky and super nourishing. I prefer a stick over a pot (there's something about sticking your fingers in the product that turns me off), BUT the texture and scent make up for the less than desirable packaging. I just wanna eat it - well, I don't want to eat lip balm, but the scent is inviting.

I got these Korres Mandarin Lip Butter Sticks at Revolve and I am impressed. The texture is light-weight, creamy and creates a full-coverage film over your lips. The scent is nothing to write home about, but it ain't gross either. The peach color is little orange for me - I apply it under pink lipstick for a peachy lip look. The colorless balm is perfect for daily wear, a lipstick foundation or just a little nourishment.

Glow Oil & Bod Buff

September 24, 2018

Yeah, I'm talkin' about Sol De Janeiro again! I love this cosmetic brand - it's my signature scent. The (somewhat new) Limited Edition Sol De Janeiro Glow Oil is a moisturizing shimmer oil for the body. It kinda smells like the signature Sol De Janeiro pistachio-caramel scent, but is little different. It's delicious, but BEWARE, the scent is strong and lingers..

I used Ipanema Sunset Glow Oil all summer and the natural glow enhanced my look and photos dramatically - all you need is a little sun to reflect the sparkle. Apply the body oil along your arms and down the front of your legs. This is not an all-over body oil (unless you wanna look like you rolled around in sparkly grease). The bottle says for the body and face, but this stuff is thick and there's a sh*t ton of fragrance in it - I wouldn't recommend putting it on your face.

I'm always cautious applying oil to my body in fear that it will ruin my clothes. I haven't experienced the Sol De Janeiro rubbing off on my clothes, but it is an oil and it's tinted, so I'm super careful where I apply it - you should be too.

The bottle is small, great for travel AND a little product goes a long way. I used this Ipanema Sunset Glow Oil all summer and am not half way through the bottle yet. I've tried too many body shimmer products AND this one is my favorite.

I have a lot to say about Sol De Janeiro Bod Buff. The soothing scrub 'n' mask doubles as a body exfoliator and detoxifying mask. This thick, quartz crystal infused Amazon River clay dons the signature scent, pistachio-caramel AND it's potent!

The texture is nice - thick, creamy and the perfect consistency of quartz crystals, tropical volcanic pumice and rice grain. This stuff will leave your skin feeling soft and perfectly polished. The Amazon River Kaolin clay has negatively-charged particles that bond with positively charged toxins and thus purifies your skin. It's little too scientific for me, but I'll take your word for it! The tube is a nice size and easily folds, so you're not left with a ton of unusable, unattainable product.

When I initially tried the product, I was al little turned off by the color AND when I realized it was intentional - hmm.. This old-mustard shade is kinda funky and reminiscent of gross baby food. The color is a not a deterrent for me, but I'm confused by the creative choice. Oh, and even if you think you've removed all the Bod Buff from your skin, you are undoubtably gonna have yellow residue on your towel.

The Sol De Janeiro lineup also includes the Brazilian Touch Hand Cream, Brazilian Crush Body Fragrance, Bum Bum Body cream, Brazilian 4 Pay Moisturizing Shower Cream-Gel, Brazilian Kiss Cupuacu Lip Butter, Samba 2-step Foot Fetish Care and Bum Bum Bath Bomba. I've tried all but the last two and award Sol De Janeiro body cosmetic brand of the year (AGAIN).

Many Sol De Janeiro products are available in a mini size (LOVE THAT). They're perfect for travel and refillable. I'm gonna pack the mini Bum Bum Body Cream and mini Brazilian 4 Play Moisturizing Shower Cream-Gel for my next adventure in Tulum, Mexico. It's the perfect beach vacation scent.

These Sol De Janeiro Bum Bum Body Cream samples contain just enough for one application. I appreciate when cosmetic companies create quality samples. I got these at Sephora, but am sure all retail establishments that sell Sol De Janeiro have samples - get yourself some, and trust me, you'll be addicted too.

Fairy Bomb & Body Lava

September 10, 2018

The Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Fairy Bomb is an oversized glittering puff, filled with rose gold shimmer. The soft pom pom is packed with 3D shimmer for a luxurious illuminating experience. This reminds me of when I was young and 'older' women would apply powder with super-soft poufs. It's retro and I like it.

The pom pom is really soft and a pretty peach color. You have to hit the Fairy Bomb against your skin many times to initially bring out the hyper-reflective glitter, but once you bring it to the surface, you can apply the luminizer with ease. AND you will be sparkly! The scent is lovely - a vanilla-coconut scent (two of my favorites). The Fairy Bomb may be a little overpriced, but the concept is fun. You may find that during application you get glitter everywhere (I even got it on my Toy Poodle), but there's always a downside to every body shimmer product.

The Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Body Lava sold out shortly after the release date. Yeah, I bought it! Don't be jealous - it's not amazing! I had high hopes for this stuff and I love Fenty Beauty by Rihanna products, but this one fell short of my expectations.

Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Body Lava definitely adds shimmer, but it's kinda oily and the scent is SUPER-STRONG! I love a little glitter along my legs and arms, but I'm worried this stuff will rub onto my clothes. AND I cant take the scent - It's pretty, but overwhelming. I kinda feel bad for all those Fenty Beauty by Rihanna fans waiting to purchase this sold out product, while I have a full bottle going to waste. I apologize for the less than desired review, but scent is everything and while this product may illuminate the body in the best way - your'e gonna stink something fierce!

I gotta mention the product names - Fairy Bomb and Body Lava. Maybe I'm just sensitive, but bomb and lava seem a little controversial. Yeah, they're catchy names, but I'm sure the Fenty Beauty by Rihanna team could've come up with something little less terrifying. Albeit, the Fairy Bomb does create a film of glitter all over the floor and on anything within two feet (I'd consider that destruction), while the Body Lava looks like lava and the long-lasting, overwhelming scent would definitely make me run from anyone wearing it!

Lumify

August 31, 2018

Lumify Redness Relief Eye Drops selectively target redness for whiter, brighter eyes. The unique formulation is currently the only one of its kind available over the counter. Unlike other anti-redness eye drops, Lumify targets redness, while still allowing oxygen and nutrition to the eye, eliminating the risk of rebound redness.

This stuff is AMAZING! It starts working within one minute and lasts for hours. Bausch + Lomb claims it lasts up to 8 hours. It doesn't last that long for me, but I'm sure each person is unique and facing different environmental factors. Albeit, the bottle is small, so you can take it everywhere and apply the drops on an as needed basis. The downside to the small bottle is that it doesn’t last long. Here's where my product hoarding, cosmetic junkie quirk benefits me - after the first application and miraculous transformation, I purchased five bottles (just in case it sells out).

I've always wondered why or how celebrities, models.. have such bright, white eyes. I just assumed they were all faking it - there are tons of photo editing apps that allow you to whiten and brighten your eyes digitally. Now I'm thinking they probably have access to products (like this one), to enhance their look that everyday people don't even know about. The secrets out - Lumify eye drops dramatically whiten your eyes for that perfect bright eye look and it's widely available.

I always have red eyes (I think it comes with age) and have used every anti-redness eye drop brand available. Many of them temporarily relieve the dry and itchy sensation, but the anti-redness quality doesn't last long at all. I was shocked at how Lumify transformed my red eyes. This stuff reigns supreme in the anti-redness eye drop department. FDA approved Lumify Redness Relief Eye Drops are a temporary solution to redness that will completely change the appearance of your eyes. I'm addicted to Lumify!

HUM Supplements

August 06, 2018

HUM is an all-natural line of supplements that include tablets, soft gels, gummies and powders. These 'beauty' vitamins have been thoughtfully developed to address lifestyle and beauty concerns. The founders of HUM believe diet alone will not address all of your beauty concerns and regular intake of targeted supplements will give you a little extra boost.

There are currently twenty-five HUM supplements sold at Sephora, ranging from cleansing vitamins, dietary supplements, skin, nails and hair vitamins, collagen boosters and sleep supplements. I initially purchased many products from the HUM lineup, but the dietary and cleanse vitamins didn't agree with my stomach. I also struggle with taking vitamins and pills, (especially the large ones), so taking four huge vitamins a day wasn't for me. I did however like the gummies, Collagen POP dissolvable tablets and Beauty zzZz supplements.

The Collagen POP tablets consist of premium marine collagen peptides and vitamin C. Combined these supplements boost skin hydration, elasticity and firmness. HUM's type one collagen (premium marine collagen), is the same found in the body AND Vitamin C increases natural collagen in the body. Of course, as we age, the collagen in our body decreases, so it's important to take supplements that encourage collagen production.

I've only gone through one container of HUM Collagen POP fizzing tablets and it's too early to say whether or not these tablets make a difference. I do however prefer dissolvable tablets over hard pills and super-sized vitamins. The taste is kinda strange and floral-like. I'm not into drinking or eating flowers, so that's a deterrent. Maybe HUM will produced a fruity flavored tablet - hint hint HUM! I will however continue to drop these dissolvable tablets in my water every other day. If anything, HUM Collagen POP tablets intrigued me and now I'm set on finding a collagen supplement suitable for me.

HUM Beauty zzZz vegetarian tablets will absolutely promote a good night sleep. I started taking these sleep enhancing tablets last year - I had so much on my mind, was stressing about life and only sleeping a few hours a night. I was exhausted all of the time and felt like a zombie during the day. These sleep supplements definitely improved my sleep habits. Thankfully, I sleep much better now, BUT once and a while I take these melatonin and B6 supplements when I'm restless.

If you're anxious and need to catch up on your zzz's, try taking a Benadryl. This allergy medication puts me right to sleep and keeps me under for hours. I'm not a doctor and am not recommending regular use, but I don't see anything wrong with taking allergy medication - you would after all take one Zyrtec a day during allergy season!

Olaplex Bond Maintenance

July 24, 2018

Yeah, it's been two years and I'm still goin' on about my botched hair job. I'm scarred for life!

May 17, 2017 (re-post). It's been almost a year since my traumatic and altogether unsuccessful hair transformation. They all (the many hairstylists) said it will take six months to recover my hair. I've been obsessively treating, cutting and babying my strands - Still, eleven months and counting.. Hair grows (it's a fact), but repairing severely damaged hair takes time - Oh, and lots of products. I'm embarrassed to say how much I've spent on hair repair solutions and vitamins.

Initially, I was skeptical of Olaplex and didn't have great things to say about this preventative treatment. The stylist who took my hair from black to orange to green to greenish-gray-yellow-blonde (YUP, thats what I ended up with), said Olaplex would protect my hair from the bleach and there would be little damage. NOT TRUE! Clearly this stylist overestimated the treatment and was 'possibly' misinformed. I was still under the impression that Olaplex would repair my hair. I used Olaplex one, two and three for a few months after, but didn't feel like my hair was getting better, so I discontinued the treatments.

Some time later my new stylist explained that Olaplex is a preventive treatment, and not a hair repair solution. She said regular applications would keep my hair from being further damaged. I got back on the Olaplex-wagon. Along with intense hydrating masks and vitamins, my hair 'slowly' started to grow. My stylist includes Olaplex step-one in my color solution. After rinsing the color, Olaplex step-two is applied. In between salon visits, I use Olaplex step-three (just once). Admittedly, I've been converted and am a fan of this hair-care product.

I'm sure it was a combination of many hair repair products, but so many people think Olaplex is a miracle treatment, that I'm inclined to give this bond multiplier, bond protector and hair protector credit for my healthy, shiny hair.

I was excited when I saw Olaplex Shampoo & Conditioner at Sephora. I'm a Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil super-fan and have tried a ridiculous number of other shampoos and conditioners, but always go back to Bb. Not this time - Olaplex No.4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo and No.5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner have landed a permanent spot in my haircare routine.

The No.4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo has a refreshing citrus scent. I think I smell a slight coconut scent in there too - it reminds of Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil shampoo and conditioner. The scent is kinda strong and lingers. The shampoo lathers like crazy. I used my usual dollop and had suds running down my face, neck and back. I suggest starting with a small amount. Typically, if I go three days without washing my hair, I have to shampoo twice, but with Olaplex Bond Maintenance Shampoo, one wash is sufficient.

The No.5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner has a similar scent, but less intense and kinda creamy (fitting, considering it's nourishing cream for your hair). This stuff is thick and a little goes a long way. I usually use IGK Prenup Instant Spray Hair Mask after Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil, but it's not necessary with Olaplex conditioner. This creamy product is super-nourishing and leaves my hair feeling soft. After using Olaplex shampoo and conditioner, drying and styling, my hair does feel heavier than usual, but knowing that I'm repairing my hair once a week, is worth the weight. I'm a fan!

Olaplex products are kinda pricey, but you don't need a lot of shampoo or conditioner each time you wash. I think these bottles will last me months (washing once a week). I do suggest you alternate shampoo and conditioner brands. This nourishing treatment may be a little heavy for regular use.

You can purchase the Olaplex Salon Intro Kit - it includes the No.1 (step 1) Bond Multiplier, No.2 (step 2) Bond Perfector and No.3 (step 3) Hair Perfector. You an also purchase No.3 in a 100 ml bottle for more frequent use.

If you have damaged hair, or just want to give your hair some extra love once and a while, I highly recommend Olaplex No.4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo and No.5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner. The repairing shampoo and super-moisturizing conditioner will leave your hair feeling soft, shiny and healthy.
