What you put inside your body has a major influence on your health and appearance. A juice cleanse is great for a much needed pick-me-up, to kick start a healthier diet, or an intense cleansing of the body. Whatever the reason, you can't go wrong with organic cold pressed juices.

My favorite cold pressed juice brand is SUJA. There are a variety of juices to choose from and they sell one or three day cleanses. The green juices are tasty. You wouldn't think a bottle of greens would be yummy, but it is! The lemon and cayenne juices have a spicy kick. The red and orange juices (beets and carrots) are sweet and delicious. The SUJA BLISS is my absolute favorite, made from carrot, orange, pineapple, coconut, banana, mango and lime-baobob. I also like the green juice GLOW and the MASTER CLEANSE, a lemon, cayenne, and maple syrup juice.

I do a two day cleanse once a month. After a cleanse my skin is brighter, I have more energy, and my stomach is flat. I recommend doing a juice cleanse prior to a big event, so you'll look your best. I also drink one juice a day everyday of the month. I try to have at least two green juices a week, one sweet juice and the rest are lemon juices. I'm kind of obsessing with cold pressed juices these days!

I can't live without these two products! Lumiére Bio-restorative Eye Cream and Bio-Serum with PSP. These two eye treatments are the basis for my extensive preventative anti-aging routine. First I gently apply the serum under my eyes and allow to absorb. Then I apply the eye cream under my eyes and on the outside where wrinkles are prominent. I use both treatments twice a day. I do not have under-eye swelling, or dark circles and I attribute that to my healthy diet, drinking lots of water and most of all to my Lumiére Bio-Restorative Eye Cream & Bio-Serum.
